3 Labs: STUDENT i-Lab (current Undergraduate and Graduate students), Pagliuca Harvard Life Lab (BioTech and LifeSciences), Launch Lab X Geo (Alumni).

How do you physically represent a database of hundreds of Venture Teams as while pushing the importance of the 3-lab ecosystem? Added constraint: you have to use a clipboard system already in place. Added, added constraint: the STUDENT i-lab posed a problem: there are far too many venture teams to represent them all on the clipboards available.

Solution: each team gets representation featuring their industry, Harvard school affiliation, and a short blurb.

For the STUDENT i-lab issue, we only showcased semi-finalists from the President’s Innovation Challenge (PIC), a touchstone event of the Harvard Innovation Labs and listed out each team that was not part of the PIC.

ABOUT
I’m an art director and designer with a background in photography and librarianship. I am currently designing for Morningstar.

Before my career in design I was an academic librarian at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

In my spare time I maintain a personal art practice that is based in photography. Since 2017, I have published and edited Challenger, a BMX magazine that takes multiple forms. Its current form is a hiatus.
